To use Ben Wa Balls, lie on a bed or a couch, and insert one Ben Wa Ball into your vagina. Try squeezing your PC muscles to hold the ball inside for several minutes. Try several different types of squeezes, including quick flutter holds and long holds. Do these exercises for several minutes over a period of a few weeks. Once you can comfortably perform them lying down, try doing the same exercises standing up. Once you've mastered this, do the same progression (lying down, then standing up) with two Ben Wa Balls.

I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock and if something goes viral) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.

Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned. There is a 30 day return on unopened and unused products if received damaged or defective. You may return the product for a merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.
