Shipping policy

 

**If ordering outside of the United States, import duties and taxes could be incurred**

I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock and if something goes viral) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.  Keep in mind that things like holiday closures and weather across the country could delay shipping times. It is out of my control once it is in USPS's hands. 

If you need your order by a certain date, please email me at aliciakay@intimacywithaliciakay.com with your order number or the items you want to order and the full shipping address. 

I use USPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your Shipment is on it's way".

Returned & Missing Package Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We am not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, including but not limited to: insufficient address, missing apartment or unit number, address not found, wrong address, unclaimed packages, or delivery issues outside of my control.

If a package is returned to me, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but goes missing, the customer will need to place a new order.

 

Heads Up on Sales Tax 

Right now, we only collect sales tax in states where we legally have to (aka the ones where we've hit that magical nexus threshold).

If you don’t see tax added at checkout, it’s not a glitch—it just means your state isn’t on our list (yet). That said, your state might still want their cut, so check in with your local tax folks or a tax pro if you’re unsure.

***Starting July 1, the European Union eliminates the €150 de minimis customs duty exemption. All small e-commerce parcels imported from non-EU countries are now subject to a fixed €3 customs duty per line item, in addtion to standard Value-added Tax (VAT).
