You Were Never Broken.

Finally understand why your desire changed - and what you can do about it.

Desire School is an online education and community program designed to help women understand how their desire, arousal, and pleasure actually work. You’ll learn what can influence your desire - from stress and mental load to relationships, hormones, life stages, and more - so you can stop wondering what’s “wrong” and start understanding what your body actually needs.

Have you ever wondered…

  • Why don’t I want sex the way I used to?
  • Why am I never in the mood for sex anymore?
  • Why does sex feel like a chore?
  • Why don’t I ever initiate sex?
  • Why do I love my partner but have no desire for sex?
  • Why don’t I feel sexually attracted to my partner anymore?
  • Why do I only get in the mood after we start?
  • Did I lose my libido…or is something else going on?
  • Is stress, motherhood, birth control, postpartum, or perimenopause affecting my sex drive?
  • Why does everyone else seem to want sex more than I do?
  • Is something wrong with me?

Maybe you’ve started avoiding intimacy because you’re worried it will lead to sex.

Maybe you feel guilty because you know your partner wants more intimacy, but you can’t make yourself want it.

Maybe you love your partner deeply but feel disconnected from them sexually.

Maybe you don’t even feel connected to your own body anymore.

Maybe you’re worried about what your lack of desire means for your relationship.

Or maybe it feels like everyone else somehow figured this out…and you missed the lesson.

You didn’t.

Most women were simply never given the education to understand how female desire actually works.

Instead, we’ve been told we’re “too complicated,” that it’s “just hormones,” that we should simply try harder…or that if we’re in a happy relationship, we should naturally want sex.

But desire isn’t something you force.

It’s something you understand.

And that’s exactly why I created Desire School.

Desire School is an educational community designed to help women understand the science of desire, uncover what's affecting their intimacy, and build a healthier relationship with their bodies - without shame, guilt, or pressure.

Whether you're navigating stress, motherhood, burnout, ADHD, perimenopause, relationship challenges, or simply feel disconnected from yourself, you'll finally have a place where everything starts making sense.

Imagine If...

Instead of wondering what's wrong with you...you understood why your desire changed.

Instead of feeling guilty...you felt empowered.

Instead of forcing intimacy...you created the conditions where desire could naturally grow again.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Desire School For?

Desire School was created primarily for women who want to better understand their desire, arousal, pleasure, and bodies.

You might be here because you’ve lost your desire, intimacy has changed, sex has started to feel like another thing on your to-do list, or you simply want the sex education you were never given.

Whether you’re navigating stress, motherhood, mental load, burnout, ADHD, relationship changes, hormonal changes, or a new stage of life, Desire School gives you a place to learn what’s actually influencing your desire—without shame, pressure, or the assumption that something is wrong with you.

Is Desire School only for Women?

Desire School is centered around female desire, arousal, pleasure, and sexual health, but supportive partners are absolutely welcome.

In fact, partners can benefit tremendously from understanding how female desire actually works. The goal isn’t just more sex. It’s greater understanding, better communication, less pressure, and more fulfilling intimacy for everyone involved.

Can Desire School help if I have low sex drive or no desire for sex?

Yes. In fact, that’s one of the biggest reasons I created Desire School.

Instead of simply telling you how to “increase your libido,” we’ll explore the many things that can influence desire—including stress, mental load, relationship dynamics, emotional safety, hormones, medications, body image, life stages, and how desire itself actually works.

Sometimes the better question isn’t “How do I make myself want more sex?”

It’s “What’s influencing my desire in the first place?”

What if I love my partner but don’t want sex anymore?

You’re definitely not the only person experiencing this.

Loving your partner and experiencing sexual desire aren’t the same thing. Desire can change even in loving, healthy relationships, and understanding why is an important part of Desire School.

You’ll learn about things like responsive desire, stress, mental load, relationship dynamics, arousal, pleasure, and the conditions that can make desire easier—or harder—to access.

What if I am in perimenopause or postmenopausal?

Absolutely. Desire School isn’t just for one age or stage of life.

Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect desire, arousal, lubrication, comfort, sleep, mood, and more—but hormones are only one piece of the puzzle.

Desire School helps you understand what’s happening in your body while also looking at the many other factors that can influence your experience of intimacy.

Do I have to participate in Desire School?

No. How much you participate is completely up to you.

You can join conversations, ask questions, attend live sessions, and connect with other members—or you can quietly work through the education and resources on your own.

There is no pressure to share personal information or talk about your sex life publicly in order to benefit from Desire School.

Can I remain anonymous in the community?

You will never be required to publicly share intimate details about your sex life or relationship in order to participate in Desire School.

Can my partner join Desire School?

Yes! Supportive partners are welcome and encouraged to learn alongside you.

Understanding female desire shouldn’t solely be a woman’s responsibility. Learning together can give couples a shared language for talking about desire, intimacy, pleasure, communication, and connection without turning sex into an obligation or a problem one person has to “fix.”

Will I be able to work with you one on one?

Desire School is an educational community rather than individual therapy or medical care. You’ll have opportunities to ask questions during community discussions and live Q&As, but membership does not currently include private one-on-one coaching.

As Desire School grows, additional ways to work with me may become available.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. Desire School is a monthly membership, and you can cancel your membership at any time.

How much does Desire School cost?

There are two ways to join Desire School, depending on how deeply you want to dive in.

$1/month — Community Access

Start with the Welcome Module, including the Desire Assessment to help you identify what may be influencing your desire right now. You’ll also get access to the Desire School community, where you can connect, join conversations, and know you’re definitely not the only one figuring this stuff out.

$15/month or $150/year — Full Desire School Access

Ready to dig deeper? Full members get access to everything in the $1 membership plus the complete Desire School curriculum and resource library, live Q&As, expert workshops, replays, and new education and resources as they’re added.

Choose the annual option and you’ll essentially get two months free compared with paying monthly.

Desire School will continue to grow, and pricing will increase as more education and resources are added. Join now to get full access at the current rate.

Why Learn From Me?

Hi, I'm Alicia Kay.

For over 11 years, I've worked in the sexual wellness industry, helping hundreds of thousands of women navigate the questions traditional sex education rarely answers.

Along the way I've built a community of over 500,000 followers, generated over $1 million in product sales, and received thousands of messages from women telling me my content helped them finally understand themselves and reignite intimacy with their partners.

Before this career, I studied Veterinary Microbiology, giving me a strong foundation in science and research. Today I combine evidence-informed education with over a decade of real-world experience and countless conversations with women from every stage of life.

My mission isn't to tell you what your desire should look like.

It's to help you understand why it works the way it does.

Because understanding creates freedom.
