How long will shipping take?

I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock and if something goes viral) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.  Keep in mind that things like holiday closures and weather across the country could delay shipping times. It is out of my control once it is in USPS's hands. 

If you need your order by a certain date, please email me at aliciakay@intimacywithaliciakay.com with your order number or the items you want to order and the full shipping address. 

I use USPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your Shipment is on it's way". 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! If you are able to go through the checkout process, then we can ship to you! Unfortunately shipping prices are ridiculous (I don't set these prices!). We prefer to use UPS when shipping internationally when possible as they tend to be faster. Please note that at this time we do not have taxes and duties set up so you may have to pay that to have items delivered to you. 

Please make sure your address is accurate! We are not responsible to reshipping items that have been returned either due to improper address or if duties and taxes were not paid.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Right now, we only collect sales tax in states where we legally have to (aka the ones where we've hit that magical nexus threshold).

If you don’t see tax added at checkout, it’s not a glitch—it just means your state isn’t on our list (yet). That said, your state might still want their cut, so check in with your local tax folks or a tax pro if you’re unsure.

The Shop app automatically collects and remits taxes.

We’re here for the pleasure products, not the paperwork 😉

 

What is your return policy?

Because of the personal (and let’s be honest—intimate) nature of these goodies, we can’t accept returns once they’ve been opened. We’re all about keeping things safe, clean, and sexy.

BUT—we’ve got your back if something arrives damaged or defective. You have 30 days to return unopened and unused products, and we’ll happily hook you up with a merchandise credit. Just make sure all original parts, cords, packaging, and instructions come back with it.

Lingerie must be unworn, with tags attached and still in its original packaging (no strip teases in it first 😉). Lubes and other liquid items must remain sealed and untouched.
