This product may arrive partially charged. Before use, charge completely. To charge product, use USB power cord provided and insert the charging pin into the circular indentation on the side, near the CE marking. Lights will illuminate and flash while product is charging. To turn toy and shaft vibration on, hold top (power) button for 3 seconds. To cycle through speeds and pulsing patterns, push bottom (function) button. To turn toy off, hold top (power) button for 3 seconds. Lights will turn off to indicate the product is off. I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock and if something goes viral) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.

I use USPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your Shipment is on it's way".

Return Policy
Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned. There is a 30 day return on unopened and unused products if received damaged or defective. You may return the product for a merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.
