Lingerie & Lounge- Twice as Nice

I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock and if something goes viral) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.

I use USPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your Shipment is on it's way". 

**If ordering outside of the United States, import duties and taxes could be incurred**

Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned. There is a 30 day return on unopened and unused products. You may return the product for a merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.

After the first 30 days from the original purchase date, Pure Romance warranties toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function. 

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
