Before use, charge completely. Light blinks during charging and remains illuminated when charging is complete. Run Time: 40 minutes (high) to 1 hour (low). Charge Time: 3 hours. Maximum Noise Level: ≤ 55 dB.
To turn on, hold bottom button for 3 seconds; light turns on to indicate standby mode.
To turn on and cycle through thrusting shaft functions, push bottom button. To turn off thrusting shaft functions only, quick press the bottom button twice.
To turn on and cycle through clitoral functions, push top button. To turn off clitoral functions only, quick press the top button twice.
To turn off toy completely, hold bottom button for 3 seconds.
When lights are off, product is off. After 5 minutes of non-use, toy will turn off to preserve power. For optimal battery life, ensure product is turned off when not in use and fully recharge once every 6 months.
CARE: Wash before and after each use. For best results, use Cleansing Mist.

I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock and if something goes viral) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.

I use USPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your Shipment is on it's way".

Return Policy

Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned. There is a 30 day return on unopened and unused products. You may return the product for a merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.
After the first 30 days from the original purchase date, Pure Romance warranties toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
