This product may arrive partially charged. Before use, charge completely. To charge product, use USB power cord provided and insert charging pin into the circular indentation on the bottom of the product. Light will pulse while product is charging. When product is fully charged, light will stop flashing and remain illuminated. Run time: 1 hour (high) to 2 hours (low). Charge time: 2 hours. For optimal battery life, ensure product is turned off when not in use and fully recharge once every 6 months.
To turn on, hold power button for 3 seconds. Light will flash and product will vibrate once to indicate it is on and in standby mode. To cycle through speeds and pulsing patterns, push power button. Light will remain steady, flash, or pulse according to function. To turn off, hold power button for 3 seconds. After 5 minutes of non-use, product will turn off to preserve battery life. Light will turn off to indicate the product is off.

I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock and if something goes viral) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.

I use USPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your Shipment is on it's way".

Return Policy
Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned. There is a 30 day return on unopened and unused products. You may return the product for a merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.
After the first 30 days from the original purchase date, Pure Romance warranties toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
