I have reach out to customer service 3 times and I have received no answer. I received this toy uncharged and new(obviously)..it will not charge completely, hold a charge and it WILL NOT turn on! No matter how many times or how long I hold the power button the device will not turn on. I am really sad to have to write this. I am willing to discuss options on refund or exchange. Please reach out to me.
