This product may arrive partially charged. Before use, charge completely. To charge product, use USB power cord provided and insert charging pin into the circular indentation on the back of the product between the waste bin and DC markings. Lights will illuminate and flash while product is charging. When product is fully charged, lights will turn off.
To turn on shaft vibration, hold right button for 3 seconds. To cycle through shaft vibrating speeds, push right button.
To turn on clitoral vibration, hold left button for 3 seconds. To cycle through clitoral vibrating speeds, push left button.
To turn the product off completely, hold any button for 3 seconds.
Wash before and after each use. For best results, use Cleansing Mist.

I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock and if something goes viral) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.

I use USPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your Shipment is on it's way".

Return Policy
Return Policy
Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned. There is a 30 day return on unopened and unused products if received damaged or defective. You may return the product for a merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.
