Before use, charge completely. Light blinks during charging and remains illuminated when charging is complete. Run Time: 40 minutes (high) to 1.5 hours (low). Charge Time: 2.5 hours.  
To turn on, hold button for 3 seconds. To cycle through speeds and patterns, push button. To turn off, hold button for 3 seconds.
