Before use, charge completely. Light blinks during charging and remains illuminated when charging is complete. Run Time: 1 hour (high) to 1.5 hours (low). Charge Time: 1 hour.
To turn on, hold button for 3 seconds; light turns on to indicate standby mode. To cycle through speeds, push button. To turn off, hold button for 3 seconds.
After 5 minutes of non-use, product will turn off to preserve battery life. For optimal battery life, ensure product is turned off when not in use and fully recharge once every 6 months.
CARE: Wash before and after each use. For best results, use Cleansing Mist.

I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock and if something goes viral) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.

I use USPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your Shipment is on it's way".

Return Policy
Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned. There is a 30 day return on unopened and unused products if received damaged or defective. You may return the product for a merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.
